To apply for membership you have to complete a membership form and a banker's standing order form
The blank forms may be printed by clicking on the the relevant link
The forms are printed by clicking on the Print icon at the bottom of the web page.
Please print the forms on separate sheets of paper.
When you have completed and signed the forms send them by post to

Alternatively if you have access to online banking
If you have access to online banking and can set up a Banker's Standing Order you can down load the application form which has the details required to set up a Standing Order.
Having downloaded the form, set up your banker's order and complete the document in Word and then send it by email either as a Word document or preferably as a PDF to The Treasurer
